How to order

Click on STOCKISTS top of page for retail locations.

From January 2011, Party Matters can also send products direct to customers. You need to send an email to info@partymatters.com.au with a list of the products you wish to purchase. We will send you a reply email with confirmation invoice and payment information. Once payment is received, the products are dispatched through Australia Post.

Delivery Information

Party Matters is a wholesaler however from time to time we send products direct to customers!

We deliver anywhere in Australia and Overseas via Australia Post.

In most cases your order will be despatched the next business day.

Delivery is with Australia Post and you may choose from either regular standard post delivery (up to 6 days) or express post delivery (up to 3 days), both are only available within Australia.

Postage is quoted per order and is based on weight or size of carton.

International orders

For international orders, please send us an email with a list of the items you wish to order. We will then calculate your postage and advise you by reply email of the cost and the payment procedure.

Cancellation of an order

You may cancel your order no later than 6 hours after your order was confirmed. Cancellations can be made only by email to info@partymatters.com.au

  • phone number

Amending an order

Amending your order can be done by email to info@partymatters.com.au

Your email must include the following information;

  • full name
  • address
  • phone number
  • additional items and quantities

We will process this order on your behalf and an invoice will be emailed to you showing the additional items purchased and any variance in postage if applicable.

Special Orders

If there are any items you would like in bulk or maybe you have a special request for colour or style, please email us your ?special order? request and we will do our best to source the stock before the party or event.

Special orders require a 50% deposit.

Returns or Exchange

We make every effort to ensure the items you buy are of the highest quality. If an item is faulty or defective in some way and you would like a refund or exchange please email us on info@partymatters.com.au. Refunds and exchanges can only be transacted within 7 days of purchase confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: Paper Garlands are made from delicate paper. If you have a breakage whilst pulling it out, you can mend it by reconnecting the two pieces with either sticky tape or a stapler. If you get a large knot in your string, simply untangle or cut the knot out of the string and reconnect with a very small tight knot. Although paper garlands are delicate, you can maintain them yourself and get years out of them.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item/s at their cost and in original packaging. An assessment of the item/s will be done by us and we will contact you to discuss the refund or exchange. If our assessment identifies the item/s are not faulty or defective from their original state, the item/s will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Due to a high volume of turnover of our items, we can not guarantee the same item will be in stock at time of exchange.

If you change your mind and no longer want the item/s, chosen the incorrect item/s or you may have bought too many items, Party Matters will not accept the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are payable by a Party Matters cheque and may take up to 30 days after assessment.

If items were damaged whilst in transit, please contact Australia Post. All items damaged in transit must be reported to Party Matters with 2 days of receiving the items. Please email us on info@partymatters.com.au

When returning items, they must be packaged well to avoid any damage in return transit. The cost of the return post is at the customers expense.
