FAQ'sFrequently Asked QuestionsWhat is a slinger? Slingers are bright, colourful, themed decorations that add instant colour to any celebration. Slingers are paper garlands that stretch 4, 6, 8 or 10 metres across a room. Replacing the need for balloons and streamers and best of all they are reusable! (reusable if care is taken) How does it hang up? By using a drawing pin, 3M Command hook, sticky tape or blu tac, one end of the slinger string is secured into the top of an architrave or similar. The slinger then stretched out up to 4 to 10 metres across a room and is again secured into the top of an architrave or similar. Are they reusable? Yes, if care is taken with them, slingers can be reused over and over again. Do they come in more colours and designs than shown on your website? Absolutely YES!...there are hundreds of designs and Party Matters aims to have available a fabulous variety to suit all occasions. If however you have a special request please let us know. We will do our best to source it and deliver it to you within approximately 35 days. Do you offer Bulk purchase discount? We will always consider discounts for bulk purchases. Please email your request on info@partymatters.com.au Do you offer these products through retail outlets? YES! Party Matters is a wholesaler of Slingers and a list of retail outlets is available on our website. We continue to welcome new retailers to our products so let us know if you would like to see them in a shop near you! How can I contact Party Matters? You can contact us by email info@partymatters.com.au and we will email or call you back. Will GST be added to my order? GST is not applicable to Party Matters decorations. (GST = Australian Goods and Services Tax) How safe is my personal information? We will not share or sell your information to anyone. We may use your information to provide you with newsletters and latest product releases from time to time. You may unsubscribe to these at anytime. Visit our home page for details. We sell direct to the public as well as to retail shops. If you buy direct, you need to send us an email with your list of products, we will then email back an invoice for payment. Once paid, the decorations are sent to you via Australia Post. How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Australia Post will do their best to deliver your order within their guidelines. An approximate guide for Standard Post is 6 days and for Express Post is 3 days, from order confirmation. Do I receive confirmation that my order is being processed? Yes. An email is sent to you which provides confirmation details and an invoice confirming payment has been successful. Can I return my items? If faulty or damaged then yes you can.
